Double Thumbs Up to a Credit Company

Ive used PayPal for the past 20 years. My favorite thing is that they dont charge interest on the first few months with larger credit amounts lent to you, which gives you time to either pay it off in full or bring the amount down and lower the interest payments, its really helpful. Paying with them is also easy and an option on most of the websites I have used, plus their own site is pretty easy to navigate. Customer services have always been helpful & usually quick to respond if ive had questions or issues and there are a few ways you can contact them directly without having to put your life on hold while you wait for a response from an actual human. I was at one point a bit miffed a few years ago when they lowered my credit limit, I had missed a few payments due to a glitch with my standing order and it was an accident I hadn't noticed rather than a willful non payment, but they were nice on the phone and explained it was automatic and undoable and said I could reapply again after a waiting period and I do get why thy would do it. So even with that, all in all I'm a very happy long term customer. : ) Reviewed on: 6th July 2026
