Amazing. Brilliant customer service. Cheap insurance. Saved £££.

The plug-in tracker device is very easy to fit in the car. It comes with instructions and there are also instructions on the app. The app is very easy to navigate and keep track of usage and costs. You can access policy documents and previous invoices on the app and online. You can track where you have been and how much it has cost. You can even enter a search for a future journey to see how much it would cost so you can budget You can make three changes a year without a fee. I have only had to contact customer service once; nothing wrong, I had a question. They answered within minutes and were very polite and answered immediately. Payments are taken on time so you know exactly what to expect and in fact receive an email a few days before to warn you. The daily usage is capped at 150 miles so when I go to Scotland every year to see family I get a number of miles free which is a bonus. For low mileage drivers it is the best on the market. I recommend By Miles to everyone and cannot praise them enough! They should receive first prize in the insurance awards. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reviewed on: 5th August 2020

Great customer service and app at a fantastic price

Patrick in customer service was excellent in arranging my insurance. The app is amazing and tracks miles, average speed and top speed. The plug in tracker is easy to fit and instructions are given in the app specific to your car, which really helped. The tracker will be great if my car was ever stolen as well!
