Terrible experience from start to finish!

avoid avoid and avoid this company! Taking out the car insurance Policy was like a security check for joining MI5.... this constituted 12 days of emails back and forth and a very time consuming unneeded procedure. trying to get a response to my renewal quote which was obscene was replied explaining that they were very busy and it may take 7 days to respond to my request!!! I requested callbacks which were arranged and never received.... the policy was automatically renewed and I did not receive any paperwork via email or post and my recent attempt to cancel the policy was hard work to say the least ... only to be told I had to pay a £75 cancellation fee which was deemed ‘reasonable.’ Be prepared to be robbed of your time and money with this company.
