Lack of branches

Ok but there isn’t a branch where I live (Beverley) which makes things difficult if I do need to pop in. Also the closest one to me (Cottingham) isn’t open on a Saturday morning and I work full-time during the week therefore it’s hard for me to get to a branch if I need to.
