Buyer protection doesnt cover holidays / accommodation

Part paid for a a holiday using Paypal credit and wish I had just used a normal credit card. Holiday was massively misled / mis-sold even down to the photos of the accommodation and yet with all the supporting evidence and it was blindingly obvious paypal refused to help as not covered by buyers protection which was not known at the time. The 3rd party seller put the decision back to the owner for the holiday so clearly with this setup the buyer has no chance of being supported in the event something went wrong.
