Com artist. Paid for a new boiler with 10 year service plan. After 6 years of paying moved home and asked to continue the service plan at new address. Said new boiler was too old and I still had to pay for service for the old boiler in a house I don’t live in. Tried to get me to replace a perfectly working boiler with them !
