Great buyer protection

My partner purchased a fan using PayPal, which was advertised as being of great design and quality and turned out to be a faulty, cheaply made and completely inefficient product. When he tried to contact the seller, it turned out that the contact details were not accurate and that sending the item back and getting a refund would be extremely difficult. He opened a case with PayPal and the matter was settled within minutes and he received a full refund straight away. This would have been impossible had he used a different payment option.
