After the frustrations regularly experience with so many now 'faceless' banks and building societies, it is a breath of fresh air to deal with Scottish Building Society, who generally answer a call in under a minute and whose staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Today I spoke with a very helpful lady by the name of Katie McKnight based out of the Troon branch, who was so incredibly helpful, professional and friendly and who was an exemplary example of how customer service should be.
