Burst tyre

I called One Call when I had an incident involving a burst tyre. They handled my case quickly, initially, before passing me on to the actual insurer, where sadly things went downhill. Held in a phone queue for ages with an elderly mother in a dental waiting room and a failing phone battery, I eventually took up the dentist receptionists advice and contacted a local tyre firm who came speedily and sorted my tyre issue which was my best option, given my £300 excess, as the cost was significantly less than that.
