I wanted to change where my mortgage payment is paid...

I wanted to change where my mortgage payment is paid from to Wise Bank. You told me it is not possible because it is not a recognised bank. This is not a legal requirement (other mortgage companies accept without issue). So it was just your internal policy which caused a lot of problems for me. It seems that you do not try and be helpful to your customer when you decide these things. So I asked for a direct debit because I may change it to another bank. This was weeks ago and today I received it dated 23rd June. Was it just sitting in an out tray for almost two weeks? Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
