Review of the John Lewis, Partnership Card:

On-line access not user friendly

On-line access now impossible. I have not forgotten my user name, nor password nor pin number at any time but nothing seems to work on the system introduced in mid 2019. Despite lengthy phone calls have had no success. Also surprised, on more than one occasion, to have my card declined for no apparent reason. All in all very disappointed.
