Financial worries

I was having financial difficulties and I have never really had any financial difficulties before so to have my first one where I had to call someone was really worrying to me! But after already reading such good reviews on trust pilot, I already felt slightly reassured but still very anxious as i tend to overthink everything and i was really worried when I made the call after hearing horror stories with other companies on social media, from before to after the call the lady i spoke to was brilliant! she was really calm, reassuring and helpful, and she was so lovely to talk too and helped me out massively! She also gave me different options and explained every option throughly! And after having that call i immediately felt a sense of relief and felt less stressed and worried about my financial difficulties. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
