PayPal immediately stepped up to sort the problem.

I ordered some foundation cream, buy one get another free. I paid the first instalment. The package arrived. Two plastic bottles both empty! ! I was horrified. Have I been scammed? I contacted PayPal Help. Outlined my issue and within minutes PayPal had halted the transactions and arranged for my first instalment to be refunded which it duly was. I can’t thank the customer service enough. I was imagining a long wait with emails going back and forth. It’s certainly convinced me to use PayPal Pay in 3 without fear of any problems.
