Misleading terms on BNPL.

Misleading terms on BNPL. They state an interest amount on the BNPL amount if not paid off which can often seem manageable but fail to make clear the impact of compounding when this amount moves to main account. They do not act in the interests of the customer. Despite my history of always paying off BNPL before end date, when THEY changed me to online statements I missed a deadline by less than 2 days as I did not get my usual visual reminder but refused to let me pay off the item as a goodwill gesture and I was hit by a huge interest charge. Really helpful

Has helped me manage to make a good few purchases where the ability to spread the cost was really helpful. In the days of AI and chatbots the abillity to speak to a human when I needed advice due to an error I made, makes all the difference with genuinely helpful staff. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026
