Who else can I use than PayPal

After I was updating some details my account and I understand they were trying to stop fraud. After 23+ years they have locked the account. I have sent details of passport & driving details of both my wife and myself. In error I thought we could have a joint account. I’ve been told to open a new account but also the sticking point is I’m not allowed to use the same bank details so I’m unable to open a ‘new’ PayPal account Reviewed on: 15th July 2026
