charged for any human mistakes

When I first wanted insurance I put my wife’s name down as to be insured but because the no claims was in my name they said I would have to change So I was told they could not just change it and I would have to cancel the first insurance of which I still had to pay the first fee they charged me and start a new policy I thought that was a outrageous. And was thinking of going else were but then thought I have to go through all that again so just left at a new policy with one call but was not a happy customer as felt ripped off Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Safest and Secure way to purchase on line

I always use PayPal were I can when purchasing on line as for security They are brilliant if you come across any difficulties. I would give PayPal a 5 Star gold crown if it was possible All way been there as a total back up to help sort out any problems.
