Pay in 3

I have had PayPal pay in 3 before which applying for was easy due to I was employed, but since I have retired even though I have a good pension income I was refused a pay in 3 but it didn’t matter as I payed in full it just sometimes it makes a difference with a little help so I won’t bother anymore as my income matters.
