Awful experience from beginning to end, apparently my type of dog description didnt match the same type of dog my vets said. Either way paying insurance for years was completely pointless. My dog passed away suddely I was trying to get back £298 back from her emergency care. Healthy Pets have no compay whatsoever. When people take out insurance the need to make sure the vets have exact same details that is on the form the customers fill out!! Reviewed on: 21st September 2026
