Always swift and easy to deal with.

Positives- Always swift and easy to deal with. Couple times I've missed my payment date and they have given me reasonable time to make payment without threats of cancelling my insurance like other companies do. Negatives- The app has let me down many times, where it's not loading my current policy and mainly so, my payment dates for knowledge and to where I can make a payment if I've missed it. When it doesn't show, I'm unable to click on the Pay Now button, which puts me further behind on paying my missed payment. Reviewed on: 25th September 2026
