I find it easy to navigate. Customer service is excellent if you need to use it. I was unable to update my new address because it was a new build. The operative was friendly and helpful in updating my address. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

I tend to use PayPal for my online shopping and always had a good experience. When I I moved house, i wasn’t able to update my new address. I had to phone an operative, she was very helpful, friendly and updated it for me. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
