The customer service team were great!!!

The customer service team were quick to respond to an issue I had and were polite and understanding when I wasn't sure about the issue. I felt they treated me with respect and was NOT made to feel inadequate due to my age. They have been quick to respond to any alerts that have happened on my account and are just as quick to inform myself and rectify any problem. I use PayPal on a regular basis and use their payment terms regularly. They keep me informed of when the payments are due and I therefore do not fall behind. I also feel more secure when paying for goods on line through PayPal. I know they will help me if anything goes wrong and I need to have my money returned. They offer good advice, which I have received on occasion. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
