Great Customer Service

Having used Paypal for 8 years, I had to contact them a couple of times regarding a refund payment that had not been paid by a third party whom I'd bought goods from. It was very easy to contact PayPal and the matter was promptly resolved, and I got my refund. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

Paypal pay in three over 3 months

Being on a low income (retiree) I don't qualify for credit cards or loans. Paypal however offered me pay in three payments over 3 months. This was very acceptable to me. Easy to arrange, and went like clockwork. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
