When I first joined I was told that I’d made a claim...

When I first joined I was told that I’d made a claim with my last insurance company- and the company one call tried to charge me more money! Costumer service were polite- but there was no attempt to sort this and this was frustrating! I sorted this there was no apology although the price was put back down - I really think companies and there computer systems should talk to each other. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
