Human being at the end of the phone!

The most important and valuable aspect of customer service at One Call is that you can actually speak to a human being! I called to insure my car and was delighted to find that I could get extra cover for a small fee to cover another driver who was to drive my car over a couple of days… brilliant service on top of a really competitive quite!
