i have been a 1CI customer for a number of years for...

i have been a 1CI customer for a number of years for my car insurance and have found them to be a fair, honest and understanding company, as a senior person i find they treat you with patience and integrity (which is rare these days) to ensure we have the time to go through, understand and cover all your needs to fit within your budget. Each year on receipt of their renewal notice - i give them a call to go through my requirements as i like the 'human' touch - the only slight downside with this requirement is that you have to wait a while for this 'human' side of the service but the wait is more than worth it so a small price to pay for a little patience to sort your premium out to your satisfaction (having said that most companies these days take a long time to answer their calls and not with very much courtesy extended to us seniors). So all in all i would have to Rate 1CI as Excellent as i found their customer service second to none and nothing too much trouble treating you with courtesy without rushing you - make them a good all-rounder, well done!
