Review of the Citysave Credit Union, Loans:

Sometimes things go wrong, sometimes the app has its issues (though infrequently TBF)...but always, always the staff are friendly, polite and professional. City take part in the 'Prize giver' savings element as many credit unions do, so one day that may be a nice surprise for me. The loans are excellent, and I've been a regular customer now for about 4 to 5 years. A great organisation that has a positive effect on its community. The recent CitySave Rewards app can really help spread my cash as I'm a low paid worker. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
