I had an issue with my insurance payment I made it early but due to the payment cycle going through my payment delayed I then got charged £30 for this but managed to speak to a very helpful and friendly lady called Alice she managed to sort everything out and had patience also was a lovely lady and didn't have no problems to help me at all aswell As sort out another issue I had what a great experience and it makes a difference to your day thankyou very much Reviewed on: 26th April 2017
