Absolutely appalling.

Absolutely appalling. I am dealing with an erroneous/fake claim. One Call refuse to respond to email after email. I've even copied in their CEO (Nik Springthorpe), who also refuses to respond. I have requested information about the status of where things are at, they ignore me. I absolutely despite OneCall's administration - they are so clearly not on my side, and not working in my best interests. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026
