Excellent bonuses but glitches then days till sorted

It can do odd things the 1st time used with a company I think a temporary glitch where PayPal paid before I had gone to check out so had not authorised and spent a week trying to retrieve from a company but of course the transaction was not captured as not checked out. In 30 years of cards 25 online I have never experienced it before it was reversed by PayPal but a couple of hours trying to explain as it should not be possible now trying to add money to my balance but can’t glitchy time?
