Usability is key.

Usability is key. The app, the support functions, is is very easy as a user of PayPal to know how to use the product itself because of the clean UX and layout of their products. I think any age range of users would be able to use the product well because of the set up. It’s very clear as a user that security is at the forefront of their user experience, and even when interacting with the security features of the product it is always a seamless experience.
