I asked for a call back to help with the medical declaration and this was done at a time of my choosing. The operative was very thorough and sent me through a quote which I thought would be expensive given my medical history . Unfortunately one of my issues was left off the quote even though I had declared it. Outcome, the same operator contacted me again to explain that she had failed to add it to the declaration and in the end my new quote went from £995.58 to £1148.95 for the same coverage which is obviously a significant increase!
