Excellent service when dealing with problems

I have had a few problems with sellers and PayPal sorted it out and refunded my outgoings quickly keeping me informed regularly. I have to be honest in saying the latest incident was slightly more stressful as I couldn’t navigate my way round making a claim using the app., but finally managed using chat.
