Customer service was excellent.

Customer service was excellent. When having trouble updating my insurance with my previous travel insurance company due to being diagnosed with kidney tumours l was helped through every step of the process by Holidaysafe. More importantly they didn't rush me. They actually listened & understood. They were friendly but also professional. I will definitely recommend Holidaysafe to anyone who requires travel insurance.
