Monese account blocked

Update still no contact from Monese looking at other people’s cases some people have have their accounts unblocked but seems to be random I’m despairing now... please please Monese contact me and unblock my account Reviewed on: 9th January 2021

I switched to Monese some time ago using it as my main account all went well salary paid in monthly etc. But on the 20/12/2020 suddenly without notice a suspension was put on my account leaving me with no access though out the Christmas period,dispite several emails and calls to their customer service no contact to date this is totally unacceptable I have reported this to FCA and the financial ombudsman Monese please give me my money back Reviewed on: 4th January 2021

Fantastic accounts for the kids
