I purchased an item from a seller.

I purchased an item from a seller. Turned out the item was faulty and the seller was asking me to send the item back to China for the inspection. After few attempts to resolve the issue as I have purchased that item from UK seller I asked PayPal for help by forwarding the emails and explaining my case. I had a refund next day and it was almost a£100. I am using PayPal as my first method of payment on all purchases from now on if there is an option to do so. Reviewed on: 12th July 2026
