High interest fees and only option to pay back in 3...

High interest fees and only option to pay back in 3 which isn't affordable for most. No help to pay back in a more manageable way or switch fees, got multiple offers to increase during lockdown and been stuck since due to poor financial choices and variables at the time, however service is safe to use and good.
