The loan process every lender should aspire to

I came to London Capital Credit Union half-expecting the usual drawn-out loan process, and was pleasantly surprised at every turn. The application was clear and quick to complete, with no jargon and no unnecessary hoops. What stood out most was the speed. The decision came through far faster than I'd anticipated, and everything that followed was handled without any fuss. Throughout, I felt like a person rather than an account number. Communication was prompt and friendly, and there's real reassurance in dealing with a lender whose ethos is built around its members rather than shareholders. Fair rates, a genuine human touch, and money that stays within the community. It's exactly what a credit union should be. I'd happily recommend them to anyone weighing up a loan.
