Policy and Practice Is KEY!

Policy and Practice helps me assess clients' financial circumstances before making any offers of private rented properties. It provides clear and accurate information that I can easily explain to clients, supported by reliable figures. The system is easy to navigate and is kept up to date with government changes, such as recent updates to Child Benefit rates. I also find it particularly useful that it breaks down the different Universal Credit elements rather than simply providing an overall figure, giving a much clearer picture of a client's entitlement. One feature my clients especially appreciate is when Policy and Practice identifies unclaimed benefits they may be entitled to but were previously unaware of. I can then direct them to the appropriate department for further advice and assistance in making a claim. After all, who doesn’t appreciate finding out they could be entitled to a little extra money?
