Great customer service and highly understanding!

I accidentally removed my Direct Debit, which caused me to miss a payment. However, their customer service team completely understood my situation. They did not apply any negative marks to my credit score and even refunded the late payment fee. PayPal Credit is incredibly useful, safe, and easy to use for banking. Reviewed on: 13th July 2026
