Worst customer service

I am extremely disappointed with Halifax's customer service. I have been left waiting for months regarding a debit card dispute, and instead of properly addressing my evidence, the bank seems to be looking at my letters and emails with closed eyes. Even though the evidence was literally in front of their eyes, they just took the money anyway. They have been working against the customer and working with merchants that have been going against UK law. It's completely unacceptable. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026
