The ups and downs

Policy in practice gives the benefit calculation whilst working through with the client, it gives us a realistic idea of what the client could possibly apply for to benefit their situation and possibly maximise their income. It is easy to use and follow, however, due to legislation changes, some things including the child benefit calculation were delayed, however, I can understand this is expected when changes come in. It was still easy to fix and work with. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026
