High rates. Easy to use

Great app. Makes saving east. Don't even notice that you're doing it and best of all you can get 1.25% bonus payout on your savings every 3 months which is much more than any high street bank's interest at the moment! Only problem is that there is a small fee every month so this might negate the bonus payout depending how much you save Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Great company!

Great savings account. Easy to open. Good interest rates. Account managed entirely online. However there is a customer service team available to answer calls andd give any assistance to required. Only have had to contact once when I forgot my password but the member of staff was very helpful and stayed on the line until I was logged back in. Only problem is the level of security information you need to remember to be able to log in to your account but otherwise great service Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

The Monmouthshire are a great building society. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Also their accounts offer some of the best interest rates on the market at the moment! If you ever have any queries about your accounts or moving money to different accounts, the staff are always happy to give you impartial advice - just give you the facts about each product so you can make an informed decision.
