Difficult claim handled brilliantly!

GJW have insured my boat for a number of years. Back in 2008 yacht was hit by departing motorboat which initially failed to stop until obliged to by St Helier Harbour Authority. Once back marina staff persuaded the owner to hand over his insurance details. Our claim was protracted as he declined to reply to his insurance. GJW continued to communicate with him until he eventually complied and my claim was met. A GJW fan for life! Reviewed on: 14th July 2026
