Not good when you need them

When I needed them. When I broke down. I have to go all through all kinds of things online and I really didn't have the time as I was at work. I had to find the number online as they didn't give me one and even then the person just kept on telling me to do stuff online which was very stressful as I said I was at work. Then when I had to renew the policy it wouldn't accept my password when I got finally to put a new password in it wouldn't accept my email because it didn't match with the password. When I got the phone number again offline and spoke to somebody to ask them what my renewal quote was. they just said oh it's alright just go into your account online after I just told him that I couldn't get into it .really not helpful Reviewed on: 16th July 2026
