Renewal pricing felt predatory - switched providers

Only Paws increased my renewal premium by 19.8% with no change in cover. When I queried it, I was repeatedly given the same generic explanation, despite the fact that equivalent cover was available from Only Paws themselves at a lower price. The customer service felt dismissive and inflexible. I’ve cancelled and moved to Whistle & Wag. Disappointing experience overall. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026
