Review of the First Response Finance, Car finance:

Rude and aggressive

"I am forced to leave this review due to a severe mis-selling issue I explicitly informed the dealership that I required a ULEZ-compliant vehicle. Instead, I was sold a non-compliant car, leaving me facing daily charges just to drive.First Response Finance funded this vehicle despite the dealer failing to meet my core requirement. Since the car is financed, First Response Finance is jointly liable under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for supplying goods that are not 'as described.'I expect First Response to immediately launch a formal dispute against greenlight motors reject this vehicle, and unwind this financial agreement. If this is not escalated to senior management today, I will take my case directly to the Financial Ombudsman Service." Reviewed on: 16th July 2026
