The Bath BS said yes!

Mortgage case approved with Bath BS on a difficult property purchase for an affordable housing property which only had a PCC and not a full warranty. Clients had been turned down by several other lenders. Great support on the case from our BDM Kerrin White and the mortgage dept. Reviewed on: 20th July 2026
