Bereavement

Been with admiral for a few years and never had to claim. Unfortunately in June I had to cancel my holiday, due to bereavement. Should have been an easy process, death certificate, holiday booking, cancellation of booking, everything needed was sent. At a time when you already have so much to organise, plus the grief, Admiral failed. I have an annual policy, but absolutely no way will I renew with them, I have lost faith in them completely.
