A very helpful Rachel made my day.

Rachel was patient and most helpful, emailing me the information I was seeking very promptly indeed.. This has been a very difficult year for me and my family, and I have not paid enough attention to many things. Rachel's help, empathy, and speedy response, has helped me resolve a number of long outstanding situations.
