Absolutely a rip off insurance provider, you provide all the right information online, they take your money and then they make you call them and that’s when the fun starts. Staff I spoke to were rude, spoke over me and told me my ncb can’t be used and they would need to update quote. At this point I advised I wasn’t going to proceed as they were a con and asked for deposit refund. Absolutely a rip off Reviewed on: 27th July 2026
